Chris Brothers give $17,384 Donation to Ray of Hope Soup Kitchen

Dieppe based Chris Brothers/ Bonté Foods presented a donation of $17,384 to the United Way/ Ray of Hope Soup Kitchen.

In addition to a $10,000 annual pledge by the company, the company also matched employee’s contributions for an additional donation of $7,384, making a combined total of $17,384!

In 2021 Bonte committed to continue to support Ray of Hope Soup Kitchen for another five years, with donations totalling $50,000 for years 2022-2026. In addition the company will continue to match employee contributions annually.

This past February, during Heart Month, Chris Brothers conducted its second annual Chris Cares AED giveaway via social media, awarding one of the life-saving devices to Nova Scotia’s Cornwall & District Volunteer Fire Department. Read more

Dieppe based Chris Brothers / Bonté Foods announced a donation of $20,213 to the United Way/Ray of Hope Soup Kitchen. In addition to a $10,000 annual pledge by the company, the company has also matched employee’s contributions for an additional contribution of $10,213!

In 2017, the company announced a commitment of $50,000 donation over five years, as well as other support initiatives including employee contributions.
