Beef, water, salt, sodium phosphate, sugar, sodium bicarbonate, sodium erythorbate, dextrose, sodium nitrite, flavour, spices.

Safe Handling Instructions

Slow cook brisket for several hours. Meat must reach internal temperature of 74°C. Cover left over meat and store in the refrigerator. Consume left over meat within 5-7 days.
