Breading: Toasted wheat crumb with spice extractives, Water, Yellow corn flour, Canola oil, Wheat flour, Modified corn starch, Soy protein isolate, Salt, Baking powder, Defatted soy flour, Guar gum.

Cooking Directions

Conventional oven: 425°F for 12 minutes (cook from frozen, flip once). Deep fryer: 350°F (180°C) cook from frozen-3.5 to 4 minutes. Cook to internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Do not microwave.
