Pork, Water, Salt, Sugar, Flavour (soy protein isolate, flavour), Sodium erythorbate, Sodium phosphate, Sodium nitrite, Sodium bicarbonate, Polysorbate 80.

Safe Handling Instructions

Do not remove netting. Simmer pork cottage roll for 3.0 hours. Rest for 10 minutes. Remove netting, slice and serve. Meat must reach internal temperature of 71ºC. Cover left over meat and store in the refrigerator. Consume left over cooked meat within 5-7 days.
